Came in around 3pm. Quieter off times are better in my opinion. Had my Baggins Veggie Sandwich on sourdough which is hecka messy but worth it. Paired with S&V chips and Sobe Pomegranate Water. Plus my book. For real good. Thumbs up.

Had to wait far too long - almost 30 minutes - to get one sandwich, with only one person working the counter. One other person seemed to be just the drink pourer. Still, i was the third person in line. They were out of the special but had not bothered to take the sign down that advertised it, which was within an arm's reach of the counter. Fairly average sandwich. The bread was very soft, not toasted, sort of like grocery store white bread. 😜 The special advertised toasted sourdough, so I just assumed mine would be toasted. It tasted nothing like sourdough. It's easy to see why Baggins has not risen to the ranks of Jimmy John's or Subway. They have a passable sandwich, but they have a poor, inefficient operation. And the place is not very clean or orderly. It's not cute, quaint, or 'local' to keep people waiting 1/2 hour for a simple, plain sandwich. Jimmy Johns is better and faster. Not returning.

Went with a large workgroup the place was already packed. With everything that was going in it took quite some time to get our food, that being said they did it to the best of their ability. The customer service was very good considering the fact that they had a line with about 50 people standing there waiting to order. They quickly took down all the orders and did what they could to get it all out as fast and courteous as possible. They did a really good job.

Excellent selection of sandwiches with some unique combos. Relatively quick service during a rush and decent prices. Better than the big chains.

I loved this sandwich shop. I was visiting Tucson for two weeks and ate lunch here twice. They have a great menu, the sandwiches are filling and tasty and you get a complimentary cookie with your sandwich. In my book, lunch doesn't get any better than that.

I am beyond upset with this company, I placed an order at 8am for 11:45, first I had to call two times wonder where my order is was. It finally came at 12:25pm. But that’s not all. My bread was BITE, I did not use third party delivery at all. I had to call a third time spoke with a manager to find out the first two calls where taken by a manager who provided poor service. With this pandemic going on you would think I would get better service especially with food quality. I will no longer visit the location nor order food especially with the order being $18.75. Just beyond me

I have always had great sandwiches or soup from Baggins and this time was the same. I think some businesses were not open this particular Friday as often it is difficult to find a place to sit.
